Tim established Treva Partners to meet the demanding recruitment needs for executive leadership in the Life Science and Industrial markets. He has completed numerous senior level engagements for CEOs, CFOs, Board Directors, as well as functional leadership assignments in operations, marketing, sales, human resources, R&D, clinical and regulatory affairs, and finance.
Tim's clients include Fortune 500 and foreign-owned corporations, as well as portfolio companies and privately held organizations. His vast industry knowledge, hands-on approach, and client focus ensure that he provides value-added solutions when helping clients meet their specific leadership needs.
Before transitioning to search, Tim served in sales, marketing, and technology-oriented positions with General Electric, for which he patented six products, and later Mulay Plastics. Tim earned an MBA from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Chemistry from the State University of New York.
