A retained executive search consultant for more than twenty years, Timothy O'Donnell founded Treva Partners to address his clients' needs for consistent, high-value solutions to critical leadership requirements. "We deliver exceptional results across a breath of organizations," Tim observes, "from venture capital backed start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Few recruitment opportunities sell themselves," he explains. "Successfully positioning opportunities to the right candidates and the right candidates to clients is a double-edged challenge—a challenge that drives me."

Understanding a client's needs and culture can ensure a productive and homogenous fit for each assignment, Tim insists. Clients and colleagues seem to agree, finding his ability to reach beyond prevailing perceptions and beyond geographic and industry boundaries as equally persuasive reasons to retain him.

Tim established Treva Partners to meet the demanding recruitment needs for executive leadership in the Life Science and Industrial markets. He has completed numerous senior level engagements for CEOs, CFOs, Board Directors, as well as functional leadership assignments in operations, marketing, sales, human resources, R&D, clinical and regulatory affairs, and finance.

Tim's clients include Fortune 500 and foreign-owned corporations, as well as portfolio companies and privately held organizations. His vast industry knowledge, hands-on approach, and client focus ensure that he provides value-added solutions when helping clients meet their specific leadership needs.
Prior to founding Treva Partners, Tim was a partner in two global search firms, both high-growth market leaders. Throughout his search career he has demonstrated a strong global perspective in managing his clients' worldwide recruitment needs. Tim's expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, including biotechnology, bioscience, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, clean technology, chemicals, medical devices, and industrial products.

Before transitioning to search, Tim served in sales, marketing, and technology-oriented positions with General Electric, for which he patented six products, and later Mulay Plastics. Tim earned an MBA from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Chemistry from the State University of New York.
